AeroTransCargo announces Szar as new president
Moldovan cargo airline AeroTransCargo (ATC) has announced that Charles Szar has joined the company as president.
Szar will lead the development strategy for ATC as it leverages its key role in the aviation market and looks for further growth opportunities.
Szar has over 30 years of experience in commercial, civil, and military aviation.
He will be based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Before joining AeroTransCargo, Szar spent four years as chief executive of Sky One, an aviation solutions provider.
ATC is a charter and leasing cargo airline incorporated in 2014 under the laws of the UAE.
ATC owns 10 B744 freighters but operates and manages only five. Three of the remaining five aircraft have been given on DRY lease to ROMCARGO SRL (RCR/NJ) and ONE AIR LTD (HOG/HC). Two other B744Fs are currently undergoing long-term maintenance.
