Regional airline Luxair has selected Recaro R2 seats for it’s upcoming delivery of Embraer E2 aircraft.

The airline chose the seats from the Supplier Furnished Equipment catalogue in which Recaro is a relatively new entrant, having first been listed in 2023.

With this selection, Luxair has opted for the R2 comfort package which includes a six-way adjustable headrest with integrated neck support and additional cushion, tablet holder, and the Astronics Ultralite Generation 2 USB-C 60W in seat power system. Aircraft delivery is projected for November 2025 with an entry into service sometime in December 2025.
