BeauTech Power Systems (BeauTech) has acquired a dozen General Electric CF34-10E engines from Alliance Aviation Services (Alliance), further strengthening its position as the world’s largest lessor of CF34-10 units.

The deal sees the engines transferred from Alliance, the largest operator of Embraer E190 aircraft in Australia, to the US-based engine specialist. BeauTech, which focuses on engine leasing, asset management, and trading, says the transaction underscores its commitment to supporting E-Jet operators with flexible, high-quality engine solutions across global markets.

“We’re pleased to have completed this transaction with Alliance, Australia’s leader in the regional aviation market,” said Lee Beaumont, founder and chief executive of BeauTech. “This deal underscores our leadership in the CF34 segment and demonstrates our continued investment in high-demand engine platforms.”

Alliance’s managing director Scott McMillan said the sale of surplus engines made strategic sense given market conditions: “This transaction represents a strong outcome for Alliance, allowing us to unlock value from surplus assets while benefiting from favourable market conditions and currency exchange rates. Partnering with BeauTech, the world’s largest CF34 engine lessor, was a logical choice to maximise that value and ensure these assets continue to serve the industry effectively.”

BeauTech’s global engine portfolio includes CF34, CFM56 and LEAP platforms, supporting airlines and MROs worldwide with leasing and trading solutions. The latest acquisition continues the company’s targeted expansion of its CF34-10 pool, used widely on the E190/E195 regional jet family.
