Azul to implement TripStack interline technology
Interline technology company TripStack has entered into a partnership with Azul, Brazil’s largest airline in terms of daily flights and destinations served. Through this collaboration, TripStack enables Azul to offer its customers access to a broader range of global destinations by connecting with other airlines, directly on the airline’s official website.
With this new feature, when booking an international flight on Azul’s website, customers can include additional connections seamlessly. These itineraries are built using TripStack’s technology and are designed to minimise travel time. The entire journey, including baggage policies, is presented during the booking process.

Gabor Toth, Chief Executive Officer of TripStack, said: “We are thrilled to partner with Azul, one of the world’s most dynamic and customer-focused airlines. Our technology enables a seamless experience for travellers, from search to booking, while offering competitive prices and expanded global connectivity. This integration leverages our advanced flight-matching algorithms and automated post-booking support tools, ensuring passengers enjoy the reliability of a connected journey, even when flying with multiple airlines.”
André Mercadante, Director of Planning, Network, and Revenue Management at Azul added: “For example, a customer planning a trip to Europe with Azul can enjoy the Azul experience all the way to Madrid, Lisbon, or Paris, and from there explore a variety of cities through our partners. With TripStack’s Virtual Interline solution, we’re able to offer smarter and more flexible connections.”
Azul’s main hub at Campinas-Viracopos offers over 150 daily departures, with a fleet of more than 200 aircraft.
